Registry Services

General Information

All fees are payable by check or money order to the Friesian Sport Horse Registry (FSH Registry).
Allow 4 to 6 weeks to process registration applications and transfer of ownership forms.

Rush/Express Mail:
Rush/Priority Mail: Additional $20 (next day after receipt)
Additional $10 (2-3 days after receipt)

Registration

Fee: $40.00 (U.S. Dollars)

Membership is automatically included with registration. FSH Registry will issue registration numbers in consecutive order based upon the order in which the applicants are processed.

Transfer of Ownership

Fee: $25.00 (U.S. Dollars) - To record and document change of ownership.

Duplicate Certificate

Fee: $25.00 (U.S. Dollars) - To replace a lost or destroyed Certificate of Registration.

Name Change

Fee: $25.00 (U.S.)
No Charge if requested at the time of transfer of ownership.

To change a horse’s recorded name.
No application is required. Submit new name, written permission of the breeder and send to FSHR along with the original certificate and appropriate fee.

Certificate Correction

Fee: $20.00 (U.S.) - To change coat color/markings or stallion to gelding.
See registration rules for certain conditions that do not require a fee.

No application is required. Submit corrections in writing and send to FSHR along with the original certificate and appropriate fee if applicable.

DNA Reports

Fee: $38.00 (U.S. Dollars)
DNA testing is available through UC-Davis at a discounted rate of $38.00.
